Madison is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Property Manager. She is from Virginia Beach, VA but proudly serving all of Hampton Roads. Being that she is a military spouse, she knows how important it is to find and manage the best home for you and your family!

With nearly 10 years of experience in all areas of real estate, Melanie specializes in delivering exceptional care and service to both property owners and tenants. Originally from New Orleans, she is now deeply familiar with the Hampton Roads area, combining local expertise with a strong commitment to excellence. As a dedicated mom of three, Melanie understands the balance between work and family, which shapes her empathetic and efficient approach to property management. Whether clients are seeking reliable management or expert advice, she ensures that every property is handled with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.

Thomas works at the front desk in our home office, so he'll likely be the one to greet you when you come to our office. He's also lived in the Hampton Roads for his entire life, so he's very familiar with the area.

Chris is a license Real Estate agent experienced property manager. His goal are simple, helping people build their future is my passion. Chris structures his Real Estate business around the morals of Integrity, Honesty and Hard Work.

Chris is an experienced property manager and real estate agent. Chris manages single family homes as well as ODU student housing homes.

Julie brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to Abrams. First arriving in coastal Virginia from her home out west by enlisting in the United States Navy, she served maintaining fighter aircraft in squadrons from Virginia and Maryland. After serving she pursued her love of aviation, earning a Master’s degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. This journey lead her to the world of accident investigation and claims liability, spending a decade working for a national leader in the insurance industry. During this time she also rose to become a senior training instructor, establishing a nationwide training curriculum for her organization.

When she’s not at the hub of activity in her professional life, Julie can be found at home enjoying wood working or learning a new bread recipe. She also has a love of the beach and mountains, and her family of five frequently visit the Outer Banks of North Carolina and the Shenandoah mountains in central Virginia.

Meet Kat, our delightful receptionist here at Abrams Realty! With a wealth of experience in this role and a genuine passion for helping others, Kat will greet you with a warm smile every time you walk through our doors. Her infectious enthusiasm and friendly demeanor set the perfect tone for your visit.

Kat’s heart is as big as her smile—she shares her home with a cherished fur family of four adorable dogs and cats, who bring her endless joy and pride. As a previous licensed property manager, Destini has been immersed in the real estate world for over a decade. As a Maintenance Coordinator, she is committed to ensuring that all home needs for rental properties are handled with precision and care.

Liz has well over a decade of property management experience. Liz manages homes in all of our service areas and is very familiar with local, state, and federal statutes. It's no wonder that she is an award winning Property Manager and Agent!

Jim is Abrams Realty Principal Broker. With years of experience and awards, he supports all of our staff.
